The Homeowner Orientation is a guided walk-through of your completed home with a TopMark Homes representative. It’s designed to introduce you to your home’s systems, features, and functionality, while also giving you the opportunity to review the final product before closing.
This is not just a tour — it’s a time for education, inspection, and preparation.
What You Can Expect During Your Orientation
1. Final Walkthrough & Quality Review
We walk room by room to inspect finishes, fixtures, and features. Any final touch-ups or punch-list items will be noted and scheduled for completion.
2. Systems Overview
Our team reviews how to operate and maintain key systems, including the HVAC, plumbing, water heater, electrical panel, and installed appliances. You'll know where everything is and how it works.
3. Maintenance Guidance
We share best practices for routine care and upkeep, ensuring you’re set up to protect your investment for years to come.
4. Warranty Details
You’ll receive an overview of your builder warranty — what’s covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to submit a service request if needed.
